Coolant pumps for machine tools application is widely used for cooling of tools, tips, grinding wheels etc. so as to provide a better finish to the job. The Coolant pumps helps in rotating the Coolant oil. Different capacities of coolant pumps are manufactured as per requirement.

  • Coolant pumps for various machine tools applications are widely used for cooling of turning tips, drills, cylindrical grinding etc. and a number of other applications.
  • Coolant pumps are operated at standared voltage and frequency supply for 415V ± 5%, three phase 50 HZ supply. Can also be suuplied for diffrent voltage and frequency supply as per specific requirement of customer.
  • The output capecities of Coolent Pumps as mentioned in specifications are without reducing outlet size and when power supply is at 415V, 50Hz. In case of liquids of higher viscisity, actual delivery slightly decreases.
  • Use of best quality stamping and diecast rotors.
  • Dynamically Balanced rotor minimise vibrations and ensure smooth running.
  • Construction of the pumps are made sturdy and robust to offer vibration free performance.
  • Pumps available in different stem length as per specific requirements of customers.
  • Model CP-2 pumps are suitable for all general purpose machine tools with moderate cutting action like Lathe machines, Drilling, Milling etc. Model CP-21, CP-31, CP-51 are useful for heavy duty metal removal machines like Heavy Duty lathe, grinding machines, milling machines, wire and bar drawing machines, diamond saw cutting machine, centerless grinding, CNC machines etc.Pumps can be also used for a variety of other applications.
  • Model CP-2 pumps are surface cooled and Model CP-21, CP-31, & CP-51 pumps are FAN COOLED.
  • Use of high quality grease for lubrication. RECOMMENDED USE OF GREASE LITHON3 OR EQUIVALENT.
  • All pumps are subject to rigid quality control tests.
  • All pumps carry warranty against any manufacturing defect as per the warranty terms prevailing of the company.
